I don't usually write reviews but I think this product deserves it. After months of trying to find something that would suit my skin, I stumbled across Basis. I figured why not try it since I've tried everything else. It's been 8 months and I'm obsessed with this product. The texture, smell and lightness of the gel are what I was looking for. It cleared up my skin really well. I use it twice a day. I use just my hands in the morning and a rotating brush in the evening, both times followed by an oily moisturizer (I prefer gel/oil/clear products). No photos to show but I'm a black woman in my 20s with oily skin - if that helps.
