Bought on Prime Day and just finished collecting. 3 stars because one of the side walls of the stairs was broken. I will contact the store to see if they can send me a replacement part. If so I will update my rating to 4 stars. The assembly turned out to be quite easy, even for a person who is not very handy with crafts! Haha! As for the quality of the cat tree parts, it's not "great" but it's not bad either. I do have a small point that the top flat board isn't perfectly straight, but that's more my mild OCD than anything really bad. Cats play on it now and it doesn't affect negatively. Watching them play while writing this review makes me really concerned about the durability of the product. I have 1 adult feral cat who adopted me and her 2 5 month old kittens. They can play pretty rough so I hope they can handle it. I placed it against the wall and wedged it between the heavier chaise longues to give it extra stability. I have a smaller scratching post with the same black down material so I already know what to expect. For those who have never had a scratching post or tree made from this black material, get ready to vacuum a little more often. Fluff on the floor is a common occurrence. Plan to review it in 6 months. If it's still working without any major bugs or issues, it'll add another star.
