Functions well, and the overhead light is triggered by the mirror. It is easy to install and functions well so far.However, note that this is NOT the same shade of gray (is darker) nor the same material (is more sheen) as the OEM. I was unaware of this, and it is easy to tell when you compare against the OEM you did not replace.For the price it is hard to beat though, so my suggestion is if you want to get one of these then go ahead and order both (probably won't be long before your other OEM fails anyways)- the shade/material difference will look like it belongs when you don't have the original one to compare it to.
