How to redeem the warranty? Updated

UPDATE: apparently you redeem the warranty by posting a comment on your order. The company reached out to me promptly and replaced the glasse (they also offered the option of a refund). It was pretty painless, and the new pair is working great!I loved these glasses for the few short weeks that they were functional. The left temple hinge jammed and broke about 2 weeks after I got them. They were good glasses for the price.but expensive for only 2 weeks Of wear.
