This little Chromebook was ordered to help me with office work at home and use it for social networking and gaming. When I first got it, there was no startup problem and it was easy to understand, but when I tried to download the social media app, the program wouldn't let me use the Google Play Store. . I found out that this Chromebook was not configured for it. This was very disappointing considering it's a Chromebook. However, the performance of the restored table was very good. In all other respects it worked well. After a few days of use, I found the 11.5-inch screen to be too small for my needs. I've decided to return it for one with a larger screen. Blazing Prices' service department was a pleasure and very helpful. I think they did a good job restoring this unit.
