Very nice travel neck pillow. The cover is soft and pleasant to the touch, it can be removed for washing. A bonus is the elastic loop that slips over your luggage for easy carrying. I think it will eventually stretch too much. In this case, you can reduce its length by sewing (by hand or machine) to make it shorter. The size is convenient for travel but small. I'm a short person (female, 5ft 4in) and I think that's about 6in short. Just like when buying a mattress, one type does not fit all. This does not mean that the product is defective; it just doesn't suit everyone. However, I will share my experience of this beautiful travel pillow. For me it's too soft to be supportive. I want a firmer pillow so I don't stretch my neck when I sleep on the plane or in the car. This is a good product but not for me. The design of the travel pillow, the well thought-out carrying strap and the removable and washable cover are rated with four stars. For me personally it's two stars. Since it would be unfair to downgrade this pillow based on my own needs, I'm giving it four stars. So if the lack of firmness isn't an issue, this should be a great travel pillow for you.
