It's a beautiful day. Hitting bad weather with an allergy attack and working out of bed was exactly what I set out to do. It's so easy, I'm actually quite surprised by it. I have a Belkin fabric desk that I have used for over 5 years, but my laptop or tablet has always been too tall (4 inches) and I have never felt comfortable. It's so much better and more perfect that I can always adjust it from 2 inches to just over 3 inches with an extra pillow. I prefer a lower laptop, but when I'm working on my iPad I find it more comfortable to lift it at an angle. My phone, unlike others, fits perfectly in this slot (even with a clear silicone case), but I find myself slipping my Apple Pencil in to keep it from rolling. I put my phone under the strap on the other side so I can turn it on and check notifications etc without moving it. The bamboo top seems to wear out easily and I try to be very careful with things so I can't see myself breaking or breaking them. Despite being so light, I can see how it can be vulnerable to rough handling (e.g. falling on a hard floor). All in all a great desk if I want to work from bed but don't want to sacrifice efficiency.
