Like everything else these days, Invicta quality has gone down. When it comes to sub-$100 watches, there really isn't much room to change that quality. Sometime in 2002 I bought an Invicta 8926. It's still holding up very well. I thought I would change my look with this frame. The movements seem a bit stiffer. The crown and stem aren't as smooth as the old Invicta. One thing Invicta didn't skimp on is the length of the strap. Long enough for almost any wrist size. I had to remove three links to make it fit me. To give you an idea, I recently bought a Seiko Diver and only took off two lengths to make it fit.
