Twice, this company responded promptly and courteously when we reported that the screws were missing. We finally discovered that the screws had already been pre-fitted into the structure legs rather than packaged separately in an enclosed plastic bag, as were other needed pieces. The company should add this information to the assembly instruction sheet. I am totally satisfied with the stand now. It makes a sturdy, attractive outdoor display area for my orchids.
