I love Nespresso coffee, when my old VirtuoPlus was gathering dust I decided I needed a new machine ASAP. It makes a great cup of coffee, but beware, there are HMI issues not related to coffee. I was a bit surprised to find that the top is mechanical and not automated like my previous machine. I'm used to pushing the button and opening the top, so the manual lid feels clumsy and flimsy to me. And unsurprisingly, the app sucks and I can't get Bluetooth to work, a technology that millions of devices use every day without a hitch. Their tech support is overwhelmed so chat is closed and if you call you will just wait forever. In summary, if you want great Nespresso coffee in a relatively small space, this is a good option. If you want bells and whistles, buy a more expensive machine with fancy automatic buttons, and if you want a connected coffee maker, I don't know what to tell you.
