Tires and wheels not easy to put on

After putting this on the tires I have to get down on the ground under the car to attach cheap hooks that can come loose at any time. I secured mine with bungee cords. The other problem that one of them tore was probably dry rot. Another set has been sent, I have no comment on that yet.
