This irrigator is one of the best things I've ever bought for my teeth. I love that it's very quiet, quick and easy, and can be used anytime for as long or as little as I want. I've been using it for 2 years now, usually twice a day. My gums have receded over the years so I really need to keep clean between my teeth and along my gum line or I'll get cavities. For that it works great. I'm often surprised at how much food comes out, especially after eating bread or cereal. The tank irrigation we had was so noisy that I didn't want to use it after my wife went to bed. The only benefit of this style is that you can add mouthwash to the tank. And with wireless, the battery dies after a year or two and no longer holds a charge. The only problem I had was that when I flush the toilet just before using it, the water coming out of the floss gets too hot. But we set quite a high water temperature and this may be due to the special faucet we have. I've never had any mounting problems. I always vacuum the water out after using it and hang it on a towel rail so no water stays in between uses. Highly recommended.
