The most important part is that I am able to meet with my attorney at any time, day or night for nearly anything without having an appointment set up weeks ahead! This has been such great service as we have had several issues arise over recent months which required us needing assistance from our attorneys right away; this was not always possible when scheduling appointments far enough out- especially during non business hours (i'm working nights). We are very satisfied by how responsive they've become since then though so it's still worth mentioning but nothing really bad comes around their office either - just some minor inconveniences like waiting times between meetings etc.; otherwise everything works well here within JL offices too.
