This economy product is not as lucky as the keyboard. I followed the installation guide but after installation I noticed quite large bubbles between the glass and the screen and couldn't remove them. I emailed Spar and after about 24 hours a representative named Lily was very helpful in directing me to a website that had specific instructions on how to remove the blisters. The information worked and about 75% of the bubbles on the screen were removed. But on my second attempt to fix it, the glass shattered and removed the bubbles. I told Lily about it and she sent me a replacement screen for free with postage. In general, based on the original instructions, the installation of the product may be a bit complicated. Sparin's customer service and follow up has been excellent and I have had no hesitation in purchasing products from a company that shows such honesty with their customer complaints. I am really very satisfied with how the situation was resolved to my satisfaction!
