The item has a large adjustable height. wheels light up. Good size and weight for my special needs 6 year old. We had a problem with the steering as you can't control it with the steering wheel. The driver has to shift his body weight to guide the scooter to the right place. Unfortunately, this is something that complicates a child with gross motor delay who can't easily carry the weight to maneuver the turn, so this particular scooter isn't right for us at this time. In the meantime, I have given the scooter to my "neurotypical" son, who has mastered steering by changing his body. It takes some time to get used to.
