Hole size not 1mm, slightly oily/oily with item

I had a hard time deciding whether to rate this product ★★★★☆ or ★★★☆☆. Ultimately it's a trio. The puncher was decent quality but the metal clearly has fingerprints and questionable oil on the case. However, the size of the hole it punches is definitely not 1mm. I drew the sequins I wanted to embroider on both sides, so of course they were pre-punched with 1mm holes. However, the hole can be seen on the right side of my sequin and appears to be 1.5mm. It's small so it's not noticeable, the stamp gets stuck sometimes but at least it works as intended.

Not as advertized. Diameter is 1/16" and not 1mm.
