I like how easy it is for our customer service reps (CSRs) or support team members that are not in office all day long, such as those working from home while still being able of have access via web browser. The ability to edit documents at any time makes this software very useful because we can be online almost 24/7 without worrying about missing something important! It works well but sometimes when you refresh your page there's no information displayed until someone else edits again after which point everything displays normally so just wait few seconds before refreshing if problems arise :) Very helpful tool especially during COVID19 pandemic where everyone has been quarantined by work related issues thus making remote collaboration extremely necessary. We're always connected through Skype calls or Google Hangouts meetings even though our offices stay closed due to coronavirus pandemics however; having an extra set up option.
