Perfect fit. locked and secured with lock nuts. I would extend the ends to test that a safe amount of thread is left outside the vehicle at the expected length. A generally safe rule of thumb for counting turns is that 5 turns remain turn-to-turn on either end of the swivel buckle. Otherwise there may be a surprise when only 2 or 3 strands remain in contact. Stresses will strip the threads and the wheel without the upper arm will fall out too far.
