This is the best software for any business and especially for a small business. It's so easy to use and so easy to navigate that it's almost like it's designed specifically for our business. The customer service is outstanding and the support is always on hand to help. The best feature is the ability to customize the software and have it designed to meet your needs. The fact that you can create your own templates is a major plus. I really like the way BIRDonCloud has improved how we manage our invoicing and billing. The ability to send email receipts is a definite plus. This software has saved us a lot of time and effort. The best thing about this product is it's flexibility. It allows you to manage your entire business process with ease. We are able to customize our own modules to suit our needs. It also has an excellent customer service team who are always ready to help when needed. I dislike the fact that sometimes it becomes slow, especially during peak hours. Also, the loading time of some pages can be long. I recommend using this software for all small businesses. It helps us to automate our daily activities.
