I bought this MH-C9000PRO charger to replace a previous model that I have been using for over 12 years. The old charger served me well, charging countless batteries, and while it was still charging batteries, one of the slots would intermittently respond and never seem to indicate a full battery charge - moving the battery to a different slot quickly confirmed this. he was loaded. Just in case, I decided to replace it with a new model. This new model MH-9000PRO is much better than the previous model, it is smaller and has a front-facing screen, which is much more convenient. Now it's also possible to turn the LCD backlight on or off as needed. This charger gives you a lot of information about the batteries being charged and allows the user to control the charge and discharge rates of the batteries you are working with and to remember the settings (the old device didn't remember changed settings). This is a great charger, I would highly recommend and will definitely buy again.
