Microplan is one of the best graters. 🤣 I bought this to replace the one I broke trying to dry too hard. They work very well (I said "good!" - I mean "great!"), but they're not very difficult. Don't drop it. Or shake it around and try to get all the water out before putting it back in the cupboard. The metal of the handle is not internally bonded to the metal of the legs, and once the Microplane exceeds a pair of Gs, it falls apart. While this is a good product overall, it is not intended for use in a circus. Maybe that's what it says on the packaging.
