Mingda D2 from opened box to print in 30 minutes. This printer can be unpacked and set up to print in less than 30 minutes. My family members who have no 3D printing experience set it up and did the exact thing without my help. The features found in the D2 and every other printer in the range can rival printers that have doubled or tripled their price. Full color and touchscreen. Direct drive extruder. Heated table. Quiet drivers (and I mean quiet!) all-metal housing. Extremely organized wiring. and more Out of the box print quality rivals any other printer I've ever used Quiet stepper motors deliver really quiet printing, the only noise you hear is the fan noise. I slept with it many nights and had to check it many times thinking it stopped printing, the results are truly amazing. The Chinese company's customer service has the cliché "terrible", but with Mingda I received nothing but fantastic service and any questions I had were answered in less than 30 minutes. Having said goodbye to my nerve embedded in other prints, I now have no problem setting it up for print and not looking back until it's done, which isn't often said with most other printers. That being said, there are a couple of downsides I have: being a bit quieter, which would result in completely silent and non-existent printing noise. The community is small but growing fast thanks to Mingda's support. Portal ZThese problems are in no way related to the printer and amazing quality can be obtained, easy to manage and much less than all competitors.
