We used it for a family outing. Don't forget to check the dimensions - for us it fits, but check the space available with the size of the item. It's great - it has enough space, it can be folded and hidden under the seats (again, check if you have free space). This is a study and it seems well suited for use in children. Also an added benefit - it can be used at times when 1 child needs to sit quietly and wait for another child - they can draw or do whatever they want with it. There was a situation where we liked to use it for coloring :)
