I installed this engine shield or what I call a crash bar, drove and cornered on a hairpin onto wet debris/tree leaves. The security guard did everything right. He flexed backwards when I fell, just enough to avoid injuring the bike and left leg. I'm fine now, just a few bruised ribs and the lowrider is fixed too. Just minor damage. Without this engine guard I would be walking on crutches with a broken leg. I just ordered another one and installed it again on my Low Rider. It looks great on the bike and gives you some really serious protection. Thanks for the quality product! And yes, this is a REAL review!
