Bad processing. The dark paint was poorly applied and chipped off one corner upon delivery. It looked sloppy and the paint was applied outside of the curbs. I could easily scratch off part of it with my fingernail. The silver colored outer frame has strange red-pink streaks on the plastic. From a distance it seems fine. I bought this as a Christmas present to keep the photo I gave away. Unfortunately, when I took the frame out of the box to insert the photo and pack it up, it was too late to return it or find a suitable replacement. As a result, he relented and apologized for the frame. But I won't buy it again, nor will I recommend it. If it were in a store you could probably find it without any major flaws, but if you order online you get everything they put in the box.
