I didn't feel like going up and down stairs to install the system, so I chose the installation service. The box arrived and when I opened it there was a note at the top asking me to enter a code on the website to make an appointment. I did, and the next meeting was in four days I think. Send many reminders of the meeting. The technicians came on time and were professional. They spent two hours building the signal. Come to find out they pointed the dish in the right direction but the internal amp only really works, if you sit about a foot away from it. Significant decrease when within 4 feet of an indoor amplifier. A bit disappointing as this product is advertised as a whole house but sitting a foot away from the unit to get five service bars when I used to only have one is a bit acceptable but I don't think at this price point . I live in a rural area and the only internet available is via satellite unless you want to spend $10,000 to get fiber at home. if i only had one before is a bit acceptable but i think not at this price.
