not sure what happened here but the color cartridge.

I don't know what happened here, but the color ink cartridge is not working. I plug it in without touching the copper part and my printer immediately says it's not installed. I've researched this a bit and it might be a new issue with my printer that I'll have to investigate when I actually have some free time, but as this is only the third time I've installed a new cartridge I don't know , as it may be a printer error. so frustrating
