Review on Saniflo 010 SANISHOWER Light Water by Nathan Hutchinson

I have both this and Saniflo for the toilet and washing machine. The big one swallowed the screw, probably because of the child. dammed and flooded the area. My sanitary shower under our bar sink recently got clogged due to an unknown object, never really turned off the superheat, I just overheard it, was very warm almost hot, so turned it off. I took it apart today and found that the top of the motor housing was not fully depressed and lubricating oil was leaking out when turned on its side. I suspect it came from the factory and I doubt they'll admit it. For some reason the gasket for the lid wasn't even properly installed, it's not known if the plumber screwed it on or if it came that way from the factory. It is surprising that it was actually leaked during this event. Engine oil was leaking from the top hole, I think this was done to indicate flooding or overflow. There is no repair information on their website or how to send in the device for inspection. I haven't called yet. We will see. I'll probably just order a new one - CRAZY! I'm going to install a drain strainer for a bar sink to keep everything out but water. I suspect a shard of glass got in and jammed ours. There is nothing you can do to protect the toilet system. I wouldn't use them unless it's a last resort. I never expected so many rejections. You urgently need to develop a more reliable garbage disposal shredder. An industrial magnet can pick up metal objects before they are damaged.
