I had this pillow while staying at a friend's house. I liked it I thought but my back hurts a lot . I put my old goose down back on and everything is ok? :(((. Woke up with back pain again today and thought this pillow wasn't for me. Just looked up my return policy. And I'm out of luck! 100.00 out of the Window π³ phew! No money and no back pain. Nice pillow, maybe too bulky for my head and neck. sad π’ Me. Sometimes it's easier to buy local for that reason.
