Not easy to use. Not versatile.
First it looked good idea that not having ball shape.But when I try I realize that it needs my body weight.So I need lay down on floor.
It is not always preferred.When I'm on floor, actually ball is much easier to use.I'm sold by the advertising, but it did not work for me.So I prefer ball.
