Great watch. This is my fourth. I don't notice it on my wrist at all. The band allows perspiration to roll off or evaporate. The watch runs smoothly and has all the features I can think of. I use the alarm clock regularly with good success. For me, the bracelet is the best thing about this watch. I have several hours. They all get hideous among a group when I'm sweating. Also, I can really feel them on my wrist. With this watch, I hardly notice it's on my wrist and the strap dries quickly. The only downside is that the lightweight strap breaks after a few years and cannot be replaced separately from the watch. In other words, when the group is full, you have a nice portable alarm clock or meal timer.
