Disappointed Best in exercise and fitness

I was very happy to use this to count pool laps. Arrived Sunday evening. I reset the time and date. Everything was good. Everything was fine on Monday morning. Took the pool on a Monday evening and it started up and worked with no problems. Halfway there I realized he was dead. Totally dead. I can go to a jewelry store to change the battery. I hope that's the problem. If not, it's quite a shame that a "waterproof" watch doesn't last more than 20 minutes in the pool!

I had 6 of these.

I like wearing a watch because of the functions of the watch. It doesn't scream "Look at me!" stylish watch. Whenever I need a stopwatch or timer, it's there. It doesn't ring or bother, I forget it's on until my brain asks what time it is. I had 6 different watches of the same style, some had a dull dial after about 1.5 years, I changed the battery, everything was back to normal. I am here to buy just such a watch because the strap started falling apart after about 2 years of daily use. I…

Big outage of Timex. Very dissatisfied.

I've worn a Timex Ironman for over 20 years. I have to say that these are the ones I am most disappointed with. The description and picture have since been changed but initially led me to believe the watch was bright/neon yellow. Actually, it's more of a matte lime green (rather ugly). The screen is almost impossible to see at night, and the Indigo feature doesn't help much. It has fantastic features like all Timex Ironman watches. Chrono with 50 lap memory, countdown timer, multiple alarms…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Volume

I haven't removed this clock in over a year and it still works like a champ. The top half of the silver plastic ring surrounding the digital screen broke off a few weeks ago. I swim, shower, climb, hike, do carpentry, landscaping, exercise, and do everything else with this watch, so I'm not surprised it's a bit broken. Its main functions are perfect for my lifestyle and I often use it for sports, cooking, basic reminders and so on. I like the slim, sleek and simplistic design (not a fan of…

Light air watch - very comfortable!

Great watch. This is my fourth. I don't notice it on my wrist at all. The band allows perspiration to roll off or evaporate. The watch runs smoothly and has all the features I can think of. I use the alarm clock regularly with good success. For me, the bracelet is the best thing about this watch. I have several hours. They all get hideous among a group when I'm sweating. Also, I can really feel them on my wrist. With this watch, I hardly notice it's on my wrist and the strap dries quickly. The…

Passed away after 60 days of the best in exercise and fitness

Unbelievable! As such a regular customer it's a big disappointment - the battery died after 60 days! I have bought 9 Timex watches since 2004. I think I may have to announce the end of my loyalty to Timex. Here is my order history: Delivered March 12, 2019 Timex Unisex TW5K96100 Ironman Sleek 50 Lime Full Size Resin Watch Bought another brand in 2017-2018. You purchased this item on April 25, 2016. Convenient, all necessary functions, easy to use.

I try not to give five star reviews because I have a feeling people will not believe them but this watch is the best. I bought this a few weeks ago as I am preparing for basic military training and wanted to use a reliable watch with a timer function. I was considering buying a watch with GPS because I needed good running capabilities, but I didn't want to charge it all the time. It turned out to be the perfect happy medium. The display is nice and big, the beep is just the right volume (note…

"Weekly " alarm clock with decent range

August 20, 2013 I lost my watch on a trip abroad and ordered a new watch as soon as I got back. ======= July 8, 2013 Editing my original review below dated November 2012. The watch works perfectly. I have no problem with the "Hair Trigger" buttons. And so far the group has held up well. So I highly recommend this watch, especially if you want a "weekly" alarm feature. ==========I've had a Timex digital watch for years because I love the style and need the countdown and alarm features. This time
