I was surprised (pleasantly) that this dress ran a little bigger than most of them! We generally purchase the 11-13 year size for our 6 year old as she’s tall (98th percentile) and we prefer longer dresses as well as extended wearability! She can wear them longer if we buy them slightly big! This one, I decisive day on the 10-11 size and it’s still pretty long. Too long for her to wear yet as it drags the ground by an inch or so! However, it will be perfect for fall and winter next year! She doesn’t need a floor length, long-sleeved dress in 95° weather anyway! As always, happy with our choices. She loves having dresses covered in dinosaurs!
