This is the first Bluetooth helmet intercom I've bought so I can't compare to others. I can only say that I am very satisfied with my purchase. Installation and configuration was easy. I watched a few YouTube videos that helped. I find the sound quality very good. For the money I find it hard to beat. If I have any problems in the future I will let you know. Update: I've been using this device for a couple of weeks now and so far I'm very happy with this product. Also if you need to contact the company with questions, they are very responsive. good company 10 month update. Still satisfied after 10 months of use. No problem.
