Bulbs blown in less than 24 hours. I have to pay to install and uninstall them and the manufacturer wants the photos I submitted and they replied twice with an automated message saying someone would review the photos and bring them to me. Nobody did so I had to pay again to have them replaced with my old headlights as my car had to lift and remove the front bumper to change the bulbs. They burned out and no one contacted me for over a week. I saved them to take more photos if needed, but now I need to replace my old headlights instead of just returning the faulty bulbs I recently bought and sending me new ones. So I can only pay once to get them back. Now I have to wait for replacement and pay 3 times for a headlight bulb replacement.
