. these masks at first but they held up well. Only one of my horses made it.

I was skeptical about these masks at first, but they are in good condition. Only one of my horses has been able to do this once, but so far so well (they wear them for about 3 weeks). They don't sweat, they're lightweight, and horses don't mind being put on and taken off.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Slim but cute and comfortable

The color is so cute (mine is blue) and so light the horse holds it better than any other mask I've tried. It's very thin but I think it's worth it because it's cute and comfy. Also, I can tuck it under the holster and he doesn't even notice he's wearing it because the ridges around his eyes are so nice and thin. He has blue eyes and you can still see his beautiful eyes through the mesh which is awesome too.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Volume

Not suitable for pasture shooters

Love the lightweight design, fit, bug protection and good horse visibility and have ordered one for each of my three pasture shooters. One tore the stocking around the head hole after a week; another tore a hole in one of the mesh eye covers (the mesh isn't very thin) and a third lost his somewhere in the pasture after wearing it well for two weeks. IDK how he filmed it. It can be very good for trail riding (under the bridle) or trailer protection, but won't stand up to use in the pasture.

Pros
  • Handy
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Stretchy, light and large

My order arrived on time. I ordered the cob size after reading the reviews. It's big enough and stretchy enough for my full size horse, very light weight, plenty of room for the eyes. The grid is ok but not good enough for no-seums. I've had this on my horse for a few weeks now and she is very loose around her neck and flies have gotten under her jaw, dangling around her nose, there are hooks in her ears and everything sticks to her like velcro. I will add that she is herded into a grassy…

HORSE LOVES IT – Update

I liked it, many people have this fly mask. The only problem with this type of mask is that if the horse doesn't like it, it's useless. Thank God my horse has no problems. I've just started using it but other people have the same thing so I'll mark it as permanent based on what I've been told. I have now bought many of these masks. Machine wash in gentle cold water and hang dry. In fact, it's durable. My horse goes out to pasture every other day. No problem. If your horse is shy, try anyway, it

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

I had such high hopes for it.

I had such high hopes for it. The mask seemed to fit well and the mesh didn't touch my horse's eyes at all. I put it on and left it overnight, came back the next day and it was already off and the seam around the bridge of the nose parted. It didn't seem like a big deal, I sewed it back on and put it back on top. Came back the next day, the mask was off again and now the tab around my neck was coming loose! I put this on him every day for a week, I put this on him and the next day he was…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Reliability

Very impressed with masks

I don't write reviews unless I absolutely love or hate a product and my dad is just as hard to impress as I am. When he told me I had to write a review I knew we both agreed this was a very good product. My horse has uveitis so his eyes water a lot which means he has a lot of flies in and around his eyes. The last fly mask we bought for him was completely destroyed by the other horses because they could easily take it off because of the strap and bulk and although he didn't mind us putting it…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Poorly thought out
