It's very easy to set up and use. It's customizable with many options available for both administrators as well as end user clients. The support team is also great! We are able to customize our system in order to meet our needs. There aren't any downsides that I can think of at this time but if there was one it would be that they don't offer a free version so we had to purchase a license which wasn't cheap. Protects against phishing emails from spoofed domains or links used by hackers who want your account information such as username and passwords.
