The most important thing I like about carbon heliux was their customer support! They were always willing/able help me with any questions or concerns that arose during our engagement period - even after we had completed work together they would continue assisting us as needed for future engagements if requested at all times!! Their levelheadedness helped ease my mind when dealing wtih difficult customers who didn't know what it meant not having proper backups. We did an assessment which included assessing current state & plans going forward along side risk analysis etc..
