Genuine HP Replacement Ink - BEST USE
GENERAL BLACK INK CARTRIDGE DEFECTIVE. I tried clearing the ports or whatever the laserjet was doing to clean itself but gave up after 4 tries. The orifices in the cartridge must be clogged, so I decided to buy an HP brand ink cartridge and guess what? The printer prints like new again! Universal ink is no more for me - I almost threw this machine in the garbage and started again with a new machine. Glad I didn't - it was one of the most expensive units on the market when I bought it.
