I was really surprised by this little tool - beautiful gold plating and I love that it came in a case perfect for sterilizing needles. And on the head of this instrument there are many small needles. I've used it on both my scalp and face - no pain just light injections. The first time I didn't think I applied too much, but I should have done even less. It didn't hurt during or after and I saw results immediately. A few hours later, the injections appeared on my face, but they were so small that no one but me would have noticed. The next day my face was injection free and gradually became noticeably fuller, lasting just over a full day. Eventually he looked normal but healthier. The next day my scalp was itchy a little but not bad at all. I was amazed and delighted. I will use this guy forever. (About once a week in the beginning, no more.) I can see that this will help maintain my skin.
