Well, first and for most please go to the PC sound settings and then click under Device Properties Talking to your Yeti, then advanced device properties, advanced settings should appear, go to the advanced section and make sure it says DVD Quality and not CD Quality. The mic picks up everything you do and I mean everything, if you live in a noisy house/environment this mic is not for you. I recommend getting a Hyper X, it doesn't pick up as much as this mic and sounds good, but if you live alone and are in your own house this would be a perfect choice.
