I was a little surprised they came without a box but they are well packaged and very beautiful. The construction seems to be very good and they look better than online. They also come with replacement heel pads in case they are lost or worn out. My daughter loves her. As an added bonus, my daughter has completely different foot sizes, she loves heels and would like to wear heels when she is tall, but it might be difficult for her in the future, but the design of these sneakers allows her to have "baby heels". just turned 9 and one leg fits well at a 1.5 and the other is honestly a 12.5 but because of the ankle straps it's still stable and hasn't had any issues. We'll probably add an insole to the smaller foot for a better fit, but honestly they're very stable anyway.
