Is this the most comfortable? No. Is that the best option? No. It works out? In any case. The price put into this jacket is amazing. The jacket has a lining that works well in cold weather but can be easily removed in warm weather. The vents work well and keep you comfortable in the heat. The balaclava has a zipper on the torso and two buttons on each cuff to keep the sleeves inside. They were even clever enough to dye the sleeve buttons and buttonholes so you don't wear your sleeve completely twisted. Definitely a nice touch. There are a few fitted straps at the arms and waist that work, but it's a bit silly with the extra fabric piling up. I guess I'll have to go to the gym and eat the yolk to make up the difference. The fabric is very durable and has a rough feel, but is comfortable and non-chafing on the skin. It protects you well from rain during a downpour. The armor seems well placed and compatible with every other major motorcycle armor manufacturer. Overall I think you get a lot for your money. This thing won't win at beauty pageants, but it does its job well. It's not obnoxious by any means, just not customized, which is fine as it suits a wide range of riders. I wouldn't think twice about ordering this again and I will definitely be testing other Hawk products!
