*edit** after several uses one of the boots falls apart. I love these boots so much I just used hot glue to attach them, but I'm guessing the others aren't far behind either. Damn it. My dog is very comfortable in them!** My dog wears boots because he is a working dog and goes everywhere with me. Hot pavement, salty sidewalks in winter, etc. She always wears boots, but I've never liked the fit of other brands. Other brands ALL lie flat (see photo). They have an irregular shape for the dog's anatomy. So when the boot flexes with the dog's foot, it crumples and I can't imagine the dog being comfortable. Other shoes also tend to fall off. These sock boots are AMAZING! Pre-folded to fit the dog's anatomy, they are more breathable and less bulky. I sprayed part of the sock with water repellent and it was perfect! I'm really shocked at how long it took me to find them! The velcro on them is an elastic velcro so it can still move and adapt to the dog's movements. It's just perfect.
