The box was completely broken when I received my order. No packing box outside, but a real box with a mask. It's like they were pulled out of a trash can to send to me. This morning I grabbed everyone's masks, walked out of the house toward school to get to the car, and the rope on the gray one already snapped. I was able to tether it while driving and use it all day, but that's not acceptable. I shouldn't have a product that breaks at the touch of a finger, it should last a long time and be of the best quality.
