Great shoes, run a bit small. tie them like this
Feels great but order half a size up .5 fits me pretty well. I penetrate a little and they feel good when running, the softness in the middle is nice. And in the heel when walking. Also after a few runs they started chafing on my hamstring but I tied them a certain way and haven't had any issues since even though I've only ridden about 30 miles.
