I like that it is easy for my employees to use as they are not required to have any specific training in order to be able to operate this software effectively.
There could also possibly be some improvements made with regards to how frequently you receive emails about updates or changes being rolled out by management but overall we haven't had much of an issue using this system since its implementation almost 2 years ago now! The benefits include having access to all our information at one place which makes us feel safer knowing everything can easily be accessed from anywhere if needed. We've been provided with better visibility into what's going on within each department so there has been no need to ask questions regarding certain processes due to lack of knowledge previously. This helps save time when trying to find answers quickly without needing to go through several levels down (or up) the hierarchy structure.
