I have used a keyboard for years now with no issues. The regular keyboard. Excellent key spares. Since the price of a keyboard with and without a mouse is nearly the same, I opted to take the same one home in a set with a mouse. Even when it was wired, I didn't detect a difference in the responsiveness of the mouse, thus I'd say it's perfectly adequate. Beautifully silent wheel, if you ask me. It's practical to use a single USB receiver for use with two gadgets. In short, if you're in need of reliable old peripherals, this is a great option.
