This DVD player delivers extremely detailed pictures, vivid colors and sharp images. Image adjustments like brightness, contrast, hue and saturation are fairly easy to adjust, unlike other devices I've had in the past. I'm almost 70 years old and have a slight hearing loss, but the speakers in this car are more than adequate. The screen is big enough for me to put the player on a table without glasses. The remote control has every imaginable function and is quite easy to use. AAA batteries were not supplied for the remote control, so just a warning here. Last night 4/30/21 I unpacked my new Boifun DVD player and received a brand new DVD that I wanted to review. The reason for the one star rating was that the DVD was cracking and freezing throughout the film. This morning I put the same DVD movie into my Sony player which is connected to my TV. The DVD movie played without any problems. Also, last night after my new movie was finished, I put one of my other DVD movies in Boifun just as a test. This DVD also skipped and stuck. This morning I also put this DVD in my Sony player and the movie played without any problems. I contacted the Boifun admin this morning and am waiting for their response. Your answer will determine whether I increase my star rating. UPDATE: 06/16/2021 The seller contacted me about my complaints. Due to the delay, there was an administrator change. We are in the process of finding a solution. Customer service is wonderful. The administrator is attentive and responsive. Will continue to be updated when this issue is closed. UPDATE: 06/21/2021 I upgraded to 4 stars because the seller sent me a new device! Fiction! Management is constantly contacting me and focusing on turning my frown into a smile! I'll report on the performance of the new device when it arrives this week. UPDATE: 06/25/2021 As promised by the seller, my new Boifun DVD player arrived today. . I played two movies in the new one that the previous model couldn't play, just hung and skipped. There were no problems with the exchange. It played both movies beautifully, with vivid colors, good sound, and was enjoyable. Overall, I've raised my rating from one star to five in the last few months. The seller kept their promise and delivered a fully working replacement with no complaints. This seller is trustworthy and genuinely cares about his reputation and our opinion of him as a company. I fully support this seller. They want everyone to be happy with their products and they stand strong for their products.
