Strange air flow. in heating, cooling and air quality

Spoke to customer service. I don't think they understand. Tried different things but just cut and pasted the same thing. It looks like it is connected. But if you want to run it without ftont protection, it works. But look elsewhere. It worked the day I took it out of the box. You can see the fan spins normally but no air is escaping front to back or sideways. Then, after a while, you can hear the fan slow down as the air is blown out. Then he stops. Fan keeps spinning, no air Then air comes out. This is a fan. Plug in, turn on. Phew air. No resets, just hello, but when I remove the front guard. The family is doing well. So I removed the front protection. The air didn't stop blowing. I think there is a suction issue in the design that traps air between the front and rear guards. Maybe because of the thick plastic that restricts airflow. Like an air castle. I've been using fans for 50 years. anything you keep sending won't solve the problem. I would reassemble it to show your designers, but I fanned out the parts I needed to tighten it up. And threw away the front fan guard. No power surges, no resets because you can't reset this. It's new and not dirty. The blade is clean. standard voltage socket. Lije, I said don't be careful. The air was continuous. Front protection included. The air no longer escapes when the fan runs at high speed. It just stops blowing. Suddenly it blows. I can't describe it any other way. But that has nothing to do with to-do lists. Tell the designers to replace the blade guard so it doesn't restrict airflow. Will keep it without front protection. Worked fine without it too. Neither children nor pets can reach the blade. I will post my results in the review. Thanks for your help. That's the only way it works. No cover. if you wear. The air magically stops flowing. The blade rotates, the air is not felt. Designed as a suction effect to block air. Switching off and on again works. Phew nothing. Very bad design.
