So I removed the front protection. The air didn't stop blowing. I think there is a suction issue in the design that traps air between the front and rear guards. Maybe because of the thick plastic that restricts airflow. Like an air castle. I've been using fans for 50 years. anything you keep sending won't solve the problem. I would reassemble it to show your designers, but I fanned out the parts I needed to tighten it up. And threw away the front fan guard. No power surges, no resets because you can't reset this. It's new and not dirty. The blade is clean. standard voltage socket. Lije, I said don't be careful. The air was continuous. Front protection included. The air no longer escapes when the fan runs at high speed. It just stops blowing. Suddenly it blows. I can't describe it any other way. But that has nothing to do with to-do lists. Tell the designers to replace the blade guard so it doesn't restrict airflow. Will keep it without front protection. Worked fine without it too. Neither children nor pets can reach the blade.
